Pilot Testing

Meiden has been successful in assisting many companies in integrating this filter unit to their water treatment processes.  The key issues to consider are the environment, influent characteristics and effluent requirements.  Meiden has gained a wide variety of experience, but waste water quality varies greatly at each site.  For the initial assessment and filter specification, water influent specifications are helpful, but there may be good reason to run a pilot study for unique processed water.

Confirmation of filtration rate (flux) can be performed by the Customer using Meiden pilot filter units.  Portable filtration and bench top MBR units can be used to indicate the expected performance of these filters using actual waste fluid.  Please contact our staff for further information.

Maintaining the consistent operation of the filtration system is critical for most operations.  Meiden understands this because we maintain and operate numerous municipal sites in Japan.  To provide effective support in North America we provide  key resources and will develop these capabilities to meet the growing needs of this region.
